Abstract Submission
Types of submissions:
Individual talk, poster, symposium (3-5 talks on a specific topic). All Submissions must be sent before (September 10, 2025). Please rank your preference for the types of submission: Individual talk (20-25 minutes), poster, or symposium (3-5 talks on a specific topic in a 90-minute session). The conference organizers will try to accommodate your preference but reserve the right to accept a proposal in the format that is most suitable for the overall conference program. Submissions are reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis, and submitters should expect a response within ONE week of submission. Submission is open now and closes on (September 10, 2025).
Important Points:
Each abstract must have a designated presenting author and a designated corresponding author. They may be the same person. The abstract should be no more than 250 words. Submission will be accepted after a peer review process.
We encourage anyone with an interest in: innovation in education, excellence in education, and gifted education to attend this conference. The participants will include: university academics, psychologists, education policy advisers and managers, business and industry leaders, gifted and talented program coordinators, school heads, graduate students, parents and caretakers.
Register for the Conference
Providing space in the conference is available, you may reserve a place at this international conference by completing the registration form, and submitting the Registration Form together with the appropriate fee. The payments will be invoiced by the ICIE in (Euro), and will include VAT (or Tax) when applicable. The registration fee of €400 covers the whole period of the conference (October 3-6, 2024) including: (1) registration; (2) coffee breaks; (3) workshops; and (4) lunches. But, it is exclusive of accommodation, and other meals. For those who are interested to attend the workshops, as scheduled in the conference programme, you have to select one workshop per day.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with the scale below: Until April 15, 2025 refund minus €70 cancellation/ administration fees; Until June 15, 2025 refund minus 50% of all amounts paid; and After September 2, 2024 NO Refund. In the event that a participant is unable to take part in this international conference but he/ she is able to nominate an alternate, then the participant must inform the organising committee in writing of the name of the alternate, and must do so by not later than 14 days prior the conference. We reserve the right to apply €50 for changing the registration record.
